Registration

The Alumni Association is eager to welcome all SMCians to its fold. Registration is free and will help us identify and update your information in our database.

Your registration will also help us find mentors for students who wish to participate in research and clinical electives through the Alumni Association. We are also looking for SMCians in different cities across the globe who could help new SMCians in their area in finding accomodations and guidance.

There are several ways to become a member:

The quickest way would be to fill in our registration form online.

You can also download our registration form for Word or PDF, fill it on your computer and send it as an attachment to qsameer91@gmail.com. Alternatively, you can simply drop us an email at qsameer91@gmail.com, and the Alumni Association volunteers would be glad to visit you at your place and complete your registration.

For those who are still at SMC, the Alumni Association encourages you to come forward with your ideas and volunteering and join the Upcoming Alumni Association of SMC, you can do that by filing in our online volunteer registration form.
